Do your services affect my manufacturer’s warranty?

No, our services do not affect your manufacturer’s warranty. We provide servicing similar to what your main dealer offers, often at a more affordable price.

Are there any prohibited driving areas for rented vehicles?

Unless explicitly stated beforehand, renters are prohibited from driving the rented vehicles on beaches or off-road terrain.

What is the insurance coverage for rented vehicles?

All our vehicles come with insurance coverage. In the event of an incident, the maximum financial liability for the renter is capped at 20,000 THB.

Can rented vehicles leave the island of Koh Samui?

Vehicles must not leave the island without prior authorization. Unauthorised departures will incur a 25% markup on the rental charge.

What should I do in case of an emergency or accident while renting a vehicle?

In case of an emergency or accident, renters are required to contact Agaya Cars as the first point of contact for assistance and guidance.

Do you offer a pick-up and drop-off service?

Yes, we offer an optional pick-up and drop-off service at a charge of 500 THB each way. This service should be arranged in advance to ensure availability.
